I attended the same university with a girl, I spent almost five years in that school, it was a very small campus, I think I must have passed by her countless times without seeing her. How do you explain my shock this morning when I saw the new profile picture she uploaded to Facebook? Beneath the makeup, behind the smile, it was there. So glaring. How ugly a person could get?
Time and again, cute face has proven its usefulness as an opener of doors. But, who gives the ugly face the benefit of the doubt? Acne everywhere. Unwanted facial hair. Flat Nose. Miniature eyes. Whale-like ears. It is judged too soon.
An ugly politician unveils his despicable character and the first thing that is attacked is the shape of his head, how disproportionate it is. Should they bag their faces? Maybe then, we would focus on the real issues.
What is ugliness? What do you see? Who knows why tall people act like they made themselves tall? How do you see beauty in everything?
